Terrible past few days/week.
1. Yahoo account gets canceled
2. Lost access to all yahoo related services
3. No real equivalent that i want to change to.
4. Cleaning up the house for a party i'm hosting, feels like i'm doing it without the support of my co-planners (but thankful for karen and garland).
5. Portions of my costume are still en route and unlikely to make it.
6. Businesses in general seem to lack common sense and courtesy.
7. How many times can i hear idiots on the phone say "sorry, there is nothing i can do"
8. PMX heading a new direction again...not sure if i want to follow.
9. Ugg..people in general pissing me off.
10. Got my end of year review, it was good, but i was expecting a bit more.
11. Missing out on all my workouts. I think i need them now to burn some energy.
12. Redefining ohannna. Don't really agree with that one either.
13. Coming into work and seeing that things have fallen apart.
14. I want to yell/scream..but wonder if its even worth it. (i think i will into my pillow when i get home).
I think i need a vacation.

UGGGG
Yahoo SUCKS!!!
My yahoo ID just got deleted..and no one at Yahoo can tell me why.
Worse things is supposedly I'd have to recreate with a new ID. This sucks. My resume and everything was hosted on there.
Party days away..and things looking good. Saw some costumes last nite at cousins dinner and they were great. This is gonna be a fun party =)
so...now starting to look for alternatives. I've saved my hotmail account for ages and it works well. Now i need to start looking for some group alternatives. MSN? Google? As much as i like google and how they are inovative, i'm not that impressed with their interface. Suggestions anyone?

I need to write something here. well..i'll just start writing and see what happens.
Its getting closer to winter and the weather is getting colder. The thunderstorms sucked. Feel like things are shutting down for hibernation.
Yet at the same time, i've found a new found energy. Had a fun time in Vegas with friends, which consisted mostly of eating, sleeping, and warp core breaches. Ohhh man...cut crab legs at aladdin spice market buffet. yum yum.
also planning for this halloween party at the house. Not really sure what to expect as i'm not sure how the neighborhood will handle a large house party. At the same time, i'm beyond the typical stare at each other, drink, and maybe dance type of party. So..in the spirit of mischief, I'm planning campfire like games for people to participate. Hoping it will get people to mingle more and overall just have fun. Got quite a few thought up, but if you have any other suggestions, let me know. Also need categories for costume contest as well.
I've gotten hooked on anime again and addictively watching naruto. Got a bunch of other movies and dvds that i need to catch up on as well. Currently on book 3 of harry potter. I'm gonna test something before the 4th movie comes out.
I question if the movie will be ruined for me if i listen to the book before it comes out. Not sure if i would have truly felt the suspense of the movies, if i already knew the outcome of the story. Currently listening to the books, i just remember scenes from the movie and learn more of the back story. If i can get thru book 4 fast enough, i'll have to see how i'd enjoy the movie (before i continue on to books 5-7.

Circle of life
So as i'm standing in the bathroom no less....thinking about Kristine and family saying goodbye to their mother and her presence in this world, i get a text from Jojo that Dao is in labor.
Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped,
And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.
-- Job 1: 20-21 (KJV)
RIP - Marybeth Casteneda
Thanks for showing me God again.

Epitome of my day yesterday
-as i'm leaving work-
a) Get into the elevator on my floor 4th. notice people (3) is already in it..prob wanting to leave work as much as i did. And upset that i was the stop 1 floor below (building only has 5 floors)
b) one girl comes in on the 3rd floor. Hits 2 since she parked at that level. I sigh (wish we had stairs). Now in cramped elevator.
c) Girl leaves at 2, no one else walks in.
d) I leave on mezzanine for my car..realizing that this elevator is stopping at all levels and just equally frustrated and wanting to go home.
anyways..thanks to Karen for ditching class yesterday to spend time with me. Still can't explain the mood swing..but it got better as the nite progressed.
so...in other news
B - B - BOS (clap x5)
S - S - SCO (clap x5)
B - O - S (clap x3)
S - C - O (clap x3)
Gooo
(repeat above)
then
Gooo BOSCO
Yeah...Nomar went to my High School..as well as Chad Allen..and the former Honeycomb boy. Good people still exist =) (even after Boston traded him and gave him a hard time).

*blah*
feeling really down today. Not exactly sure why...hoping maybe writing stuff down could let it out a bit. So far so good.
Work is ok...not particularly busy though there is stuff i need to do. I think thats what i'm feeling....stagnate. Learned earlier in the week that my coworker is going out pursuing his MBA. Learned another one of my coworkers is actually married (not that its impossible..but he's my age). Both Jojo and Bryan are expecting kids soon.
I am happy where i am. Not looking to jump into a marriage or bring a child to this world. I find myself just looking short term. Vegas, Halloween party, whatever. I haven't really set goals for myself or really, really struggled to try to achieve something. I've taken the easy path or easy for me path. I won't say i've slid thru life without challenges..but i can say i need to be challenged again. I'm even flaking on the workout schedule. Sheesh
Humm..well..what else. My aunt is in the hospital, my friend's mom died, and i think i may be dying (but then again..who isn't). Other than that..things look ok.
yeah...i dont think i hit it all..but once again..blogging becomes therapeutic.

In case you have time today,
-excerpt from the www.dineforamerica.org website-
In the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, our fellow citizens are once again facing unprecedented hardship. Please join us on Wednesday, October 5, as a participating restaurant or as a guest, to raise funds for the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference to victims, their families and the other emerging needs arising out of the Hurricane Katrina and Rita disasters.
There is no Dine For America organization. It is simply a group of restaurants, their employees and guests from across the country united in the effort to help those affected by catastrophic national events.
100% of the funds raised through Dine for America will support the American Red Cross Hurricane relief efforts.

October comes in and it looks like quite a busy month.
Just wrapped up my "final" task with PMX for the year. Not sure exactly how i'm feeling about it for next year...but least i've finished my responsibilities for this year.
Well..this month we've got a number of busy weekends. Vegas, Sam's bday, PMX picnic?, and Halloween party.
I think this is the first year I'm actually going all out with the costume idea. already picked up a couple things for it. You'll have to go to the party to find out who it is.
Anyways..just giving an update. Its been a fun few weeks.
Congrats to Mila and Chan on their nursing achievements. Made it to the ceremony and had a cool party at the house afterwards (Thanks to Garland's Karaoke Revolution). Ended up actually singing till 5am...and it was fun =).
Mom, Dad and Sam made it back from Hawaii. Sam has some pretty cool pics from the islands. I think i should really plan a vacation...need to do some traveling.
Well..
watching Superman 2 on A&E. Definately the best of the series. I'd buy the box set, but they are recorded in Dolby 2. Maybe with the new movie coming out, they'll redo the audio on the previous movies.
aiight..till next time.
