grr...today started as a bad day..(note the started)..
got up after some much needed sleep...but the rest of the day seemed to just go wrong. I was supposed to do a lot of things...but didn't end up getting it done...
anyways...while i was lost..trying to get to speedzone today to meet my friends...i was at a peak....couldn't believe how bad the day was (as i was driving thru the rain)...then it happened..

I got the call from the realtor....he said the family had accepted my offer on the house. =)
Escrow opens on Monday...so its just a matter of time now.
