Wow...there is a lot to learn about homebuying. I had a great talk with Milly on the way home just to give me an idea of what goes into the whole home buying process. Unfortunately, she confirmed some of my lack of confidence with the realtor I've been working with. Its almost like i'm starting all over again....well...at least I've learned a lot in the process. Man...and it was crazy hot today too.
